Speciality Cheese and Autumn by Jean Christophe Novelli

“Autumn is the season for matured hard cheeses and as it is the start of the new season, why not try something new to complement your usual cheese choice. Enjoy a green tomato chutney or spiced apple chutney to add some interesting flavours and textures to your cheeseboard. Autumn also marks the start of raclette season – the ultimate social event. It is a very simple, humble meal, and one best enjoyed with a group of friends. The melted cheese is served over boiled potatoes, charcuteries, cornichon pickles, and pickled onions are traditionally served on the side. A dry white wine is best to accompany this dish. So why not get the season started with a speciality cheese treat!”
